Alessandra Baltodano

Alessandra has always been drawn to experiences that bring people together. Whether it's a live music festival, a theatre production or Canada's biggest award shows, she thrives behind the scenes, helping create moments that people will remember long after the lights go down.

A graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University's Creative Industries program, Alessandra earned her degree with distinction and was recognized with the Community Engagement Award; an achievement that reflects both her passion for people and her commitment to building meaningful connections.

Some of her experience includes live entertainment, partnerships and event production. Before joining "e," she coordinated two seasons of a live music festival, managed nightlife events for Toronto's Latin community, stage managed a theatre production, worked with a film industry partnerships agency, and served as Partnerships Coordinator for the 2025 and 2026 Canadian Screen Awards. Each role strengthened her ability to balance creativity with logistics while keeping relationships at the heart of every experience.

Known for her organization, empathy and calm approach to problem-solving, Alessandra believes the best events are built through collaboration. She's a great listener, an effective communicator and someone who genuinely enjoys bringing people together to create something memorable.

Outside of work, you'll likely find her spending time with her two cats, playing volleyball, baking something sweet or adding yet another plant to her growing collection. She also proudly admits to having at least ten browser tabs open at any given time [a system that somehow makes perfect sense to her].
